Used Mobile Clinics for Sale

Pre-owned mobile medical clinics, dental units, mobile offices and specialty vehicles, ready to deploy sooner than a new build.

Buying a Used Mobile Clinic: What to Check

A pre-owned clinic can save money and months, as long as it fits your program and has been looked after. Go through these with any unit you are considering, ours included:

Chassis Miles and Engine Hours

Mileage tells only part of the story: clinics idle for hours on site. Ask for engine hours and the chassis service history, and check the GVWR against what you will carry.

Generator Hours and Service

The generator runs the clinic when it is parked. Our listings show generator hours where we have them; ask for oil-change and service records too.

Body, Roof and Seals

Look for rust on the steel cage and frame, soft spots in the floor, and water stains around roof vents, A/C units, windows and slide-outs.

Power, Plumbing and Climate

Test the shore power, inverter and batteries, rooftop A/C and heat, and the fresh and grey water tanks, pump and water heater. Ask whether the plumbing was winterized.

Wheelchair Lift and Accessibility

If you need ADA access, run the lift through a full cycle, check its rated capacity and inspection record, and measure the doors and aisle.

What Medical Equipment Stays

Exam tables, dental chairs, compressors, lab gear and refrigerators may or may not be included. Get the equipment list in writing.

Layout Against Your Program

A used unit was built for someone else's program. Compare the floor plan with your visit flow, privacy needs and staffing before you fall for the price.

Graphics, Title and Registration

Plan for removing or replacing the previous owner's wrap, and confirm a clean title. TESCO-built units are engineered to stay under CDL weight thresholds; check the GVWR of any pre-owned unit, whoever built it.

Used Mobile Clinic Questions

Why buy a used mobile clinic instead of a new one?

Pre-owned units cost less and can deploy in days or weeks instead of the roughly 90 days most new builds take. A new build is the better fit when your program needs a specific layout, equipment package or accessibility that no available unit has.

Are the prices listed?

Most used units are priced on request because condition and included equipment vary. Call or contact us for a quote on any unit.

Can I see a used unit before I buy?

Yes. Many listings have a 360° virtual tour and a walkthrough video, and you can contact us to arrange an in-person viewing.

Can I trade in or sell my current unit?
Can a used unit be leased?

Ask us whether a unit you like can go through our leasing program.

Not Seeing the Right Unit?

Tell us what your program needs. We will look through incoming trade-ins, or quote a new build that delivers in about 90 days.
